Since 1999, with peaceful music received in dreams and inspired
from the HEART of the sacred Black Hills, Bunny is a humble solo
performing Singer-Songwriter who sends her strong "Wolf" voice
full of teaching for these times! With over 420 original songs
that represent a giveaway of spirit, a portion of profits from
all her music endeavors goes to honor Inyan Oyate Pejuta (Stone
Nation Medicine) and the Lakota Learning and Training Center.
The power of this music is in it's softly subtle feminine
lessons that point a guiding finger to the many lessons in
Mother Nature that nurture healing, reconciliation, and peace.
Her song "Prophecy Keeper" was nominated by Aboriginal Peoples
Music Choice Awards in 2007, and is played continuously at many
MySpace pages and web sites that deal with indigenous prophecies
from many nations and cultures for these times. As a Sound
Shaman, Bunny's songs and soothing Lakota-inflective Folk and
Native American flute music resonate in teaching the power of
love over fear, kindness and compassion as powers, greater than
greed and exclusiveness, and the great power of gratitude and
respect that always "win" over the very limiting illusions of
"control." The intent of her music is to educate, inform, and
encourage in ways that heal the heart, the home, and our planet.
88 year old Chief Oliver Red Cloud of the great Lakota-Dakota-Nakota
(Sioux) nations upon hearing her yet to be recorded "Red Cloud"
and "Buffalo Dream" (Tatanka e hanble) songs and that recently
came to her in the dreamtime, told her that she is now to always
tell everyone she sings to that she sings "for Lakota Oyate -
wolakota" (all friends, the nation, Lakota, the ways of walking
in peace).
Bunny works with Humanity Healing as an Ambassador for the House
of Healing and as an Honorary Ambassador for the House of
Creation. In all her music gifts she sends her voice with deep
respect for generations past and future. Bunny endeavors to walk
the Good Red Road, is a Stone Walker (Stone Nation Medicine
Woman) and holds strong in her harmonious intent to bless all
our relations from the four directions and to honor the great
gift of Life in good relationship with, through, and on behalf
of - Mitakuye Oyasin - all our relations.
