What do Sir Richard Branson, Jack Canfield and
HH, the Dalai Lama have in common?
Dear Friends,
We are entering into what I call the Heroic Age. Each of
us has a Quest. Each of us has a dream. And each one of
us wants to live a life of deep meaning, purpose and
significance.
Everybody I know right now is very concerned with
finances and the economy. I have come to learn from many
of the world’s most successful people that they knew
that to achieve their dream, they would certainly have
to work for it, and that anything was achievable with
the right formula to follow. They didn’t “wing it” and
go it alone without guidance. And they didn’t fall prey
to fear. In other words, they learned to act despite
their fear.

My name is Lili
Fournier. I have been producing the
award-winning Quest series of specials on PBS
since the 90's
Producing the Quest is the result of being given
a 2nd chance at life. My husband and I were
bumped off the infamous Air India flight 182. At
the time, it was a major inconvenience
and a great disappointment.
Until we learned
the flight was blown up by Terrorists
exploding mid-air over Irish Airspace…
killing everyone onboard.
|
I realized that I was
incredibly blessed to not be on that flight, that I was
doubly blessed to be able to raise my young children. I
made a vow at that time, that I would do whatever it
took to start producing television that had substance -
about the real and deeper issues in our lives, to help
others to find their path of fulfillment and success.
So, I abandoned my lucrative career, and set off on a
journey to find a way to make the Quest. I encountered
every conceivable obstacle and challenge, and was
consistently rejected. The Quest series of specials went
on to be critically acclaimed as one of the most
powerful, inspirational and motivational series ever
produced on personal achievement and for pioneering
spiritual programming on PBS. This wouldn’t have
happened if I hadn’t persevered, and somehow found the
inner guidance to keep going. Giving in or giving up was
not an option.
The reason I share this with you, is that I believe that
we each have to find the courage and the strength to
take what mythologist, Joseph Campbell, termed the
Hero’s Journey. But it’s not always easy nor to be
undertaken alone.
