Every attitude is the expression of an action. Every action connects us with the internal need to bring to life that which we wish to evoke within our own beings and own our lives. When we choose to be mindful, our actions and reactions create an aura that brings both serendipity and good fortune to our lives.

Humanity Healing Network is sharing a program through a series of e-books with the goal on expanding our perspective on dealing with daily life challenges. There will eventually be 64 weekly exercises and meditations, specially designed to help individuals to bring the essence of the heart to the minimal practices of the daily life.
As human beings we are used to manifest attitudes through thoughts, feelings body language and spoken words. Every attitude is the expression of an action, either if it is not clear or visible to us. Every action connects us with the need to induce and bring to life all the essential qualities we thrive to evoke in our being.
Most of the times we rationalize situations in our lives but sometimes we seem not to connect with the truth of the Spirit and with the true understanding that comes from the heart. There are unlimited ways we may chose to act, and every action we may chose it will reflects on the environment we live. When we chose to be mindful, our act, and reactions will be dressed up the attitudes we decide to implement in our immediate life and this would enlighten our Beings with a luminous aura and bring serendipity and good fortune to our lives based on the ancient law of Attraction. Conscientious and compassionate choices on attitudes are the key to make a fine syntony with the higher spheres of our higher Being, therefore becoming whole, refining our vibrational auric field, opening our existence to a multi- dimensional living.
