Teamwork and The Ripple Effect
Teamwork and The Ripple Effect
The 12 Keys to a Successful Team Approach
"The path to greatness is along with others."
~ Baltasar Gracion, Spanish Priest
The Ripple Effect teaches that as our words and actions ripple outward, they intersect with the ripples sent out by others. For our ripples to achieve their potential and maximize their impact on a global perspective, these individual ripples must be brought into synchronicity. This is done through the application of Teamwork. Before an individual can successfully integrate into a team, they must clarify their purpose and the steadfastness of their intentions. Releasing ego, the individual can then focus their attention on the strengths and virtues of others, and on their dedication to strive for the highest shared goals. In doing this, you charge yourself in the higher-frequency currents of appreciation, acceptance, partnership and love.
The ripple of our communion with the higher energy can and will influence others as it radiates out from heart to heart. In this way, each individual can become an effective instrument of collective and constructive change.
“Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the
world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.”
~ Margaret Mead
