Imagine that God is a person that breathes: when God exhales, our universe expands, when God inhales, the manifested Universe contracts.

In the exhaling, Creation gives birth to galaxies, stars, planets and cosmic matter, all animated and inanimate substance, with all their attributions and qualities.

All things share the same breath - the beast, the tree, the man... the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports.

When inhaling, the breath reabsorbs the parts of the revealed manifestation, entering once more into the ancient Heart of Creation.  In the wave that journeys inward, we see the friends and relatives, values, dreams and thoughts that compound our daily lives.

The opposite is also truth. Within every breath, the Divine Heart respires and projects into the emptiness of space, new forms and manifestations of Universal matter:  new stars, new galaxies, new planets, alternative forms of life, new line of thoughts and synthesis.

Neither the flow of Creation nor the Universe ever dies. It is in permanent state of renewal and expansion. This dynamic mechanism guarantees the permanent balance and existence of matter and spirit.

The reason we do not generally observe this wave movement is because we are part of it.  It is difficult to observe phenomena we are in the center of.  To a human mind, the movement of conception and assimilation of worlds and consciousness inside of the Heart of Creation may take millions of years, but in truth, they are realities defined inside of an infinitesimal fraction of the Cosmic Universal Time.

Next time you think you have lost something, or when you believe that you have conquered something, keep this thought in mind:
When God exhales, he brings forth; when God inhales, he takes back.
