We are determined in empowering the movement for global ecological sustainability and respect for our environment.
Sustainability is a Keyword for our survival as a Planet. If we are to survive, there will be many critical points and problems that we are facing that will need solutions. This is not a decision of a few, but a decision from all of us, as Individuals and as a collective. The way we relate to our environment reflects ultimately the way we relate to each other. Wisdom is a fruit of the spirit; that flourishes only when a soul acquires an understanding of the interconnectedness of all Beings. We all depend on each other to live, so we may as well learn how to live in Peace with each other and Nature.
There has been much in the news over the conflict between preserving the environment and economic growth, the Earth’s diminishing resources, and our increasing impact on the environment. The size of the problem can make an individual doubt the importance or effectiveness of their own personal contribution. Green Living is an area where The Ripple Effect can create a tangible and measurable difference. This House is dedicated to those individuals whose personal actions DO make a difference.
