Ancestral Healing: Forgiveness of Sins & Absolution
The Meaning of Forgiveness of Sins and Absolution III
The Basic elements of the Ancestral Healing process involve two different aspects of Forgiveness: One is Forgiveness of "sins" and the other is Absolution. But One may ask, what is the real meaning of “Forgiveness of Sins”? What is Absolution? Why would we need to clean the detritus resulting from mistakes we did not commit? Why some beings are professed to be conceived “without sin”? What is this all about?
"I praise my Father, my God, my strength, who infused in my head both soul and reason, who, to keep guard over me, did bestow my seven senses, from fire and earth, water and air: the mist and flowers, the wind and trees, and much skilful wisdom has my father bestowed on me.” ~Taliesin, Song of the Macrocosm
The old teachings of the Christian Bible advocate the need for the practice of certain procedures to achieve forgiveness of inheriting sin and heal our bloodlines of what you may call ancestral sin: the original sin committed by the first pair created by God in the Garden of Eden. Some of these procedures are categorized as being under what is known as the “Seven Sacraments.”
Each sacrament is related to a phase of life, and it is determined by the level of interaction we have with our reality and with the Divine energy in a given moment of our existence from birth to death. One of Seven Sacraments is the sacrament of the Baptism, from where we are supposed to gather and call upon the manifestation of our original immaculate nature and the purity of our energies through the Blessings of Christ-consciousness to operate entirely within its protection in the physical world. Some regard the Baptism as being a major “exorcism” against the distorted hierarchies of this world.

Baptism and Absolution:
The Baptism by water was a Rite and a required procedure by the Sabians, progenitors of the Stellar Traditions in ancient times. Later, The Baptism by water was also used by the prophet John the Baptist, who taught that baptism, along with repentance, would facilitate the washing away of sins and make one whole again to receive the guidance from the Higher Self and Divine God-self. Master Christ Jesus himself made use of the practice of baptism at the beginning of his ministry[1]. There is a conversation between the Master Jesus and Nicodemus where the process of baptism is alluded to as the process of rebirth[2]. It is also written that after he had come back in his Risen form, he commanded his disciples to continue the process of baptism.
The ritual of celebration of this Spiritual cleansing is called Absolution. In many parts of the Bible, is said that this second baptism would come with many manifestations of the Holy Spirit. Absolution is only acquired by an act of Grace, by the hands of Providence, and the luminous actions of the Holy Spirit.
Granted, the Original Sin we are referring to here is something far graver and serious than just eating an apple because a talking snake said it was a good idea. While this is a discussion for another time, in essence, mankind fell from a fifth-dimensional reality to inhabit a manifested universe expressed by the trials of duality.
The fact is that “energetic sin” created a distortion on our matrix and a faulty holographic template, and that, as a result, humanity fell into the wheel of Samsara and activated the need for cosmic balance through the Law of Karma. An analogy is that our system was “shut down” and what once operated with the full set of 12-strand DNA, was reduced to operate only with two physical pairs which activate only the “automatic” operations of the physical body.
This original difficulty certainly influenced our ancestors in their abilities and capabilities to reach levels of higher consciousness, to heal their original wound of separation from God, and to be fully ensouled individuals.
You may be asking yourself right now, “What do their problems have to do with mine?” Our answer is everything.
Sacred texts indicated through metaphors the need to cleanse and honor your ancestors. Not just because it is called for by tradition, but because it is one of many necessary steps because our liberation from the Wheel of Samsara is bounded by theirs as well. We are all One. Literally.
We cannot stress enough that one may not be able to exercise free choice in which path to take in life and to be able to embrace this path fully because denser obstacles and ancestral hindrances may be embedded within our being.
Humankind, in general, is so self-involved in our substance and personal world that we are always thinking that a solution may present itself on its own or that we can just bypass obstacles blindly, especially when the obstacle is something we do not or are not capable of understanding. The result of this ignorance[3] is the continuous sequence of reincarnations, in various levels of consciousness, based on all the previous lives from different periods with the different kinds of civilizations, embedded in the memory cells of our body through our DNA.

[2] John 3:3-7, “Jesus answered and said to him, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.' Nicodemus said to Him, 'How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born, can he?' Jesus answered, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is a spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'"
